Landlord Representation- We recently won a judgment for possession and damages against a Convenience Store Retailer who refused to pay its pro-rated share of secured taxes. The tenant was an assignee of a previous tenant, and argued that they were not therefore responsible for those taxes. We prevailed at trial.
