Based on our aggressive defense and clear analysis of the landlord's weak position the landlord gave up, and our client was able to keep possession.

Landlord Representation- We recently won a judgment for possession and damages against a Convenience Store Retailer who refused to pay its pro-rated share of secured taxes. The tenant was an assignee of a previous tenant, and argued that they were not therefore responsible for those taxes. We prevailed at trial.
